Summer Days

We have had such a great summer! It's hard to believe it is coming to an end. We enjoyed some great family vacations and spent a few weeks with family in Florida which was great fun. Mom and Dad arrived from Venezuela, and Aaron finished up his last week at Sunshine House summer school with many hugs from friends and teachers. He also took some swimming lessons and does a great job now at the pool. He is fearless!! Which doesn't make mommy any less fearFUL!!! Jeff turned 30 this summer!! He went deep sea fishing for the first time with some friends from church and had a blast. He even caught a shark!! But, as Aaron told us the other day after I had explained to him that all good things must come to an end...."Exciting things happen to end!" And now we are ready for the fall and praying that we can get to Spain soon!! We have an apartment rented and a crate sent. Jeff has to leave the end of September to not lose his visa. So if we can just get Aaron and my visas soon, we will all be set to go!!! In the middle of waiting and worrying about our visas, I have again been reminded that we serve a great God who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above anything we could ever ask of Him!
