New Look!

My blog has been given a facelift!! Many thanks to Allison Telfer with Mission Field Designs. She does a great job with her templates! Life has been busy for us lately. One main thing we have had to work on is,... Paperwork, paperwork, paperwork!! This has included many trips to Madrid, a total of 10 hours each time, plus 40 euros ($61.60) in tolls each time!! Aaaah!! The euro/dollar exchange is a killer over here! But, we do have good news to report! After all the above mentioned trips to Madrid, not only do we now have a list of hotels to recommend to anyone in the mood for visiting Madrid, as well as the ability to identify just about any governmental building in Madrid...(I believe we have been to them all!) we finally met THE lady who has had my paperwork, as well as Aaron's, sitting in her office since June of last year! I will spare you the details of why she still hadn't processed our visas, because not only are they boring, but they really make no sense! The good news is that after meeting with this lady, we finally have had our paperwork processed and within about a month, we will be making a trip to the U.S. to pick up our visas in Miami. Jeff's visa has finally been processed as well and by the middle of May, they are promising to have his residence papers processed as well. We can finally say, after over a year of working on paperwork, that we are finally beginning to see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel!! This has taught me many lessons on trusting, trusting, trusting in the Lord!! If I could only learn it and never forget it!! Here are a few recent pictures of a town (Lastres) we visited two weeks ago. We were putting some tracts and invitations to church in each mailbox in the town. It was such a beautiful day and a neat little town as well!! Enjoy the pics!
